Work is hard, we all know that. There are many tools used for whatever it may be you do for work, and footwear is one that can be overlooked. Here is a close up of an old worn pair of boots I have had for many years. They may be worn, faded and a bit tattered but they are comfortable if nothing else. Click for a larger view

I have been really into black and white again lately. Of course it has always been something I like but it seems that I go into stages where I am more into black and white even more. Here is a little still life in monochrome, a triple pear if you will. Click for a larger view

It is important to know where you came from in terms of history, family and geographical location so that everyone can see just how small the world is and how we are all connected as human beings. And the sign looked cool to me too.
